If anybody else has read this book, please post your thoughts for new teachers here!

One of my favorite parts, as I said in my blog, is the principal's ever ready comeback, "Let that be a challenge to you." Whenever my friend Nancy and I get overwhelmed by school, we look each other in the eye and say this. It usually lightens the mood.

I also like Hawk's contributions to the suggestion box.
