Let's just say you had a lesson that didn't work out as expected... what do you look at first? When I first started out teaching, I was very glued to the lesson and highly conscientious if the pieces 'stuck' together with a pre-middle and post.Now I wondered if that activity challenged the students enough and what I could do to challenge them more? Of course, this inevitably means more marking!

How do you improve your lessons? What do you look at first?
